Our Management Team

Mary Hardenbergh, MAT, CPMSM – President, has over 20 years experience as a medical staff professional and consultant. She worked as a corporate director for a large multi-facility medical center where she was instrumental in developing one of the first centralized verification organizations for hospitals and managed care plans in the country. Mary has consulted since 1988 providing healthcare entities around the country assessment and advice that led to the development of The Hardenbergh Group, LLC and Hardenbergh Interim Staffing Group. Mary’s contributions to the healthcare field include a past speaker for NAMSS, a former advisor to the HealthCare Advisory Board, advisory board member for the publication Advisor for Medical and Professional Staff Services, contributing author of the book Enhancing Physician Performance: Advanced Principles of Medical Management, as well as author for numerous published articles. Mary received her Bachelors in Healthcare and Public Administration from the University of Michigan and Masters in Education and teaching certificate from Wayne State University. She is certified by NAMSS as Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM).
Carol Oldenburg, CPMSM – Vice President, Interim Staffing, joined Hardenbergh Interim Staff Group in March 2006. Carol has 22 years of experience as a medical staff professional. Carol began her career as a Medical Staff Secretary in 1986 and became Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) in 1990. After numerous years of hard work and advancement, Carol retired from the position of Corporate Director, CVO/Corporate Medical Affairs at a major academic health system. She directed a department of 18 staff with overall corporate responsibility for credentialing and privileging for eight hospitals, delegated credentialing for other affiliated hospitals, ambulatory centers, and numerous managed care agencies. During her career as a medical staff services professional, Carol has devoted her efforts to positive customer service and the education and enrichment of fellow colleagues. She has served in numerous leadership positions with the Michigan Association Medical Staff Services (MAMSS) including state president.
Judith Belknap, CPMSM, CPCS – Vice President, Business Development, has been in the field of medical staff services for over twenty years and consulting for two industry leaders for the past ten years. Her areas of expertise are centralized credentialing initiatives, process improvement, health care regulatory compliance and best practices, education and training, and survey preparation. Among Judith’s accomplishments were restructuring medical staff services departments to improve staff efficiencies, and the development processes for credentialing to ensure organizations conform to regulatory standards, and she was instrumental in implementing centralized credentialing processes for two major health care systems in the country. Judith attended Central Michigan University specializing in Organization Administration. In June 2005, Judith became a Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) followed by Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) in November 2005.Judith has been a member of the National Association Medical Staff Services and Michigan Association Medical Staff Services since 2005.
Donna Delevie – Operations Manager, has over 15 years of business experience working for a Fortune 500 company. Her work experience is in Human Resources, Corporate Training and Project Management with an emphasis on process improvement and change management. Donna received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan with both finance and marketing concentrations and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College.
